The apartment is located in via Guelfa in Florence, one of the main streets
of the historic center a stone's throw from the Santa Maria Novella train
station and the Accademia Gallery. Bright, colorful and welcoming
apartment, equipped with two large bedrooms, double (single beds option
available), bathroom with washing machine, equipped kitchen and large
living / dining area. Small balcony at your disposal. It is the ideal
solution for families and groups of friends. It is located on the third
floor without a lift of a typical Florentine building with a 60s flavor.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are
19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of
6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season,
the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is
allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay
attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys,
a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security
reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours
(from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.    . City Tax: €
