Spacious apartment located in an elegant building in the historic center, a
few steps from Piazza della Libertà and two minutes from Piazza San Marco.
Ideal for large families and groups of friends, it has three bedrooms, two
bathrooms, a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The long
balcony offers a view of the rooftops of Florence while the large windows
offer a bright and relaxed atmosphere. The apartment can accommodate up to
6 guests, in fact it has 3 double bedrooms. It has 2 bathrooms with shower,
a kitchen area equipped with everything you need to cook even for long
stays. The large accommodation allows you to recreate a familiar and
comfortable atmosphere to return to after a tiring day in Florence. Service
limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C
tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022
of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period
of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed
from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay
attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys,
a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security
reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours
(from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.    . City Tax: €
