It can accommodate up to 5 people, has three bedrooms (two doubles, one
single), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bathrooms, a
sitting room and a balcony. Equipped with laundry area and wifi connection.
Spacious and bright with a view of the urban landscape and a glimpse of the
Duomo. Ideal for groups of friends, even for long stays. One step away from
the station, from the San Lorenzo market, from the Fortezza da Basso, 10
minutes from the Duomo. As it does not have a lift, it is not suitable for
guests with reduced mobility. Service limitation: The permitted temperature
values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C.
According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological
Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems
for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a
maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of
loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the
replacement of the lock for security reasons. For urgent work caused by the
guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be
