Comfortable three-room apartment in a residential and characteristic area
of the historic center, in the Sant'Ambrogio district. The recently
renovated apartment is located in an elegant building, on the first floor
with lift. It can accommodate up to four people. It consists of two large
double bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet, a kitchen, a living area with
sofa and TV, a bathroom with shower. It is equipped with air conditioning,
wifi connection and washing machine. A stone's throw from the Sant'Ambrogio
Market and a 5-minute walk from the main tourist attractions such as Piazza
del Duomo and the Santa Croce district. Service limitation: The temperature
values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum
of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of
Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on
the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to
7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house
keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will
be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent
interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a
