attractions.         The apartment is located inside an elegant historical
Florentine building, in a bright and spacious location, overlooking the
inner courtyard and the city skyline. The apartment has three large double
bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with stove,
fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. A spacious living area with
dining table and relax area completes the apartment. The high and frescoed
ceilings give a unique and suggestive atmosphere. It can accomodate up to 8
guests. Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat
are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the
Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for
the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of
Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours
per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery
of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock
for security reasons. For urgent work caused by the guest outside office
hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax:
€ 5,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights .
