The nice building is located within the property of a very well maintained villa in details and with the possibility of access to the sea. The location is very easy accessible and close to a park of pine trees which slopes to the sea on the northern side of the island of Elba, in Schiopparello. Portoferraio is about 5 minutes away by car, a few kilometers away lies the small bay and marina of Magazzini, while continuing on the road we arrive at the next sandy and pebble beaches of Bagnaia and at the wild Gulf of Nisporto. The cottage for 2/4 pax, is ideal for a relaxing holiday, surrounded by the garden. It consists of living room with well-equipped kitchenette, and a double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. On the outside, there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining. This nice cottage is new and well furnished, and it has furthermore air conditioning and parking place.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. IC Immobiliare will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 20 per person per stay. If needed they have to be requested at time of booking.
A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 70 euro per pet, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. All requests regarding the pets are subject to confirmation by the property.
