Appartamento Miramare is located in the area of the harbour of Portoferraio, near the old town rich in history and culture and close to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Elba Island, Le Ghiaie with its white pebbles and crystal clear water.

This apartment is composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. A TV, washing machine and modern furnishings are also provided.

Guests can enjoy a large terrace with table and chairs, and beautiful view on the harbour.
Please inform Appartamento Miramare in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. IC Immobiliare will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged extra EUR 8 per day according to usage.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 20 per person. If needed they have to be requested when booking
