Spacious and centrally located apartment, next to the Bargello Museum and a
few meters from Palazzo Vecchio. Located on the second floor of a typical
Florentine building, without a lift. It consists of three comfortable
double bedrooms and one single, it can accommodate up to 7 guests. It has
three bathrooms with shower, one of which is in the bedroom. Living area
with television and kitchenette equipped with modern appliances. It has
wifi connection and laundry area. Limitation of services: The permitted
temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum
of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of
Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on
the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April,
for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In
case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for
the replacement of the lock for security reasons. For urgent work caused by
the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of 100 € will
