Apartment in a strategic position near the Santa Maria Novella station, on
the fourth floor of an elegant historic building with a lift. The apartment
is located in a residential area of the historic center, near the Fortezza
da Basso, very close to the tram stop. It can accommodate up to four
people, ideal for families and groups of friends. It consists of a small
study with armchairs and coffee table, large and bright living room with
TV, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories and appliances, a
bathroom with shower, two cozy and spacious double bedrooms (with the
possibility of single beds) . Air conditioning, Wifi connection and private
balcony. Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat
are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the
Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for
the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of
Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours
per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery
of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock
for security reasons. For urgent work caused by the guest outside office
hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax:
