Apartment strategically located near Santa Maria Novella Station, on the
fourth floor of an elegant historic building with elevator. The apartment
is located in a residential area of the city center, near Fortezza da
Basso, very close to the tramway stop.   It can accommodate up to six
people, ideal for families and groups of friends. It consists of a living
room area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary
accessories and appliances, two bathrooms with shower, three cozy and
spacious double bedrooms (with the possibility of single beds). Air
conditioning available, Wifi connection and private balcony. Service
limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C
tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of
6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season,
the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed
from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay
attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a
fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security
reasons. For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m.
to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 5,50 per
person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights . Extra: AIR
