The apartment, equipped with wireless connection and recently renovated,
can accommodate up to five people. It consists of a living area with sofa
and TV, a modern open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories
and appliances, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double and a
single bedroom. From the single room you have access to a small balcony.
Complete the house, upstairs, a double bedroom, with private bathroom with
shower. Double beds can be split into single beds upon request. Equipped
with air conditioning. Service limitation: The temperature values allowed
in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based
on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition,
for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the
Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a
maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of
loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for
replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by
the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will
