Bright two-room apartment, in modern style, on the second floor without
lift located in the quiet but central Via dei Pilastri. In just a few steps
you can reach all the main attractions. Not existing or not associated with
code in Kalisi or wrong code of the city. The apartment consists of a fully
equipped kitchenette with dining area, living room with television, double
bedroom with private bathroom and a second bathroom with a spacious shower.
Equipped with Wi-fi connection, air conditioning, washing machine and
dryer. Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment
are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no.
383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter
season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of
Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours
per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery
of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for
security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside
office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  .
