Market. It is located on the second floor of a historic building with no
elevator. Recently renovated apartment, compact but functional; consists of
two double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
Equipped with wifi connection and air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Residential neighborhood, full of services, restaurants, supermarkets and
close to major tourist attractions. Narrow condominium stairs, not suitable
for guests with reduced mobility and children. Service limitation: The
permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to
a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the
Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of
switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8
November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to
your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro
will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons. For
urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a
