Apartment located in the central Via S.Zanobi, a few steps from San Lorenzo
Market and Piazza San Marco.                                              
                Located in an elegant Florentine building, it can
accommodate up to four guests thanks to the two double bedrooms (that can
be divided in single beds). Entering the apartment you are greeted by a
bright living area with television and sofa.                              
          The location features two bathrooms with shower (one shared and
one private) and the kitchen area with dining table and kitchenette
equipped with modern appliances.                                          
    Wifi connection throughout the apartment. Service limitation: The
temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up
to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry
of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on
the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to
7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house
keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will
be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent
interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a
payment of EUR100 will be required.. City Tax: € 5,50 per person per night
to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights . Extra: CRIB € 20,00 Per stay
