Splendid penthouse with a private terrace with a breathtaking view of the
Dome of the Cathedral. The apartment is located in the historic center of
the city in a lively and dynamic neighborhood. The apartment is located on
the top floor of a building with a small lift. It is equipped with 6 beds
and is ideal for families and groups of friends. Structured on several
levels: the first level consists of a large living room with TV corner,
bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The large living area offers
unique views of Borgo San Lorenzo and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del
Fiore. A staircase leads to the upper floor where the two bedrooms are
located, one of which with private bathroom. Finally, the corridor in the
heart of the apartment leads to the wonderful terrace overlooking the
Duomo. Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment
are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no.
383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter
season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of
Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours
per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery
of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for
security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside
office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required   .
