Description

This comfortable and very central apartment, strategically located between
the station and the historic San Lorenzo district, will allow you to walk
around the historic center. The apartment can accommodate up to three
people. It consists of: a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom
and a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry corner. The
apartment has air conditioning and wifi connection. Service limitation: The
permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to
a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the
Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of
switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8
November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to
your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro
will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons. For
urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a
payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 5,50 per person per night
