lift. Ideal for groups of friends and colleagues, an excellent location to

kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower, 2 bedrooms, one single and one
double. A stone's throw from the Santa Maria Novella station and the
Fortezza da Basso. Close to the main places of interest such as the Duomo
and the San Lorenzo Market. Wifi connection and washing machine. Without a
lift, therefore it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C
(+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No.
383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter
season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is
allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay
attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a
fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security
reasons. For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m.
