Apartment strategically located in the very central Via Lamberti, a few
steps from the Duomo and at the back of the church of Orsammichele. Located
on the fourth floor of a typical Florentine building, the apartment has two
bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, an equipped kitchenette and a dining
area.    It can accommodate up to two guests. Air conditioning present only
in the kitchen and hallway. The building has a small elevator. Apartment

bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, an equipped kitchenette (fridge,
freezer, stove, small oven, dishwasher) and a dining area.    It can
accommodate up to two guests. One room has a double bed that can be divided
into two single beds upon request. Air conditioning present only in the
kitchen area and in the hallway; washing machine and Wifi connection
available to guests. One set of towels and bed linen provided to each
guest. The building has a small elevator; you need to walk a flight of
stairs to reach the elevator.                Conveniently located within
easy walking distance of major tourist attractions.  It is located within a
lively and dynamic district of the historic center. It is located in a
pedestrian zone, which is not accessible by car; it is recommended to park
in a private garage nearby. Service limitation: The temperature values
allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°
C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological
Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems
for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for
a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of
loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for
replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by
the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will
be required.    . City Tax: € 5,50 per person per night to pay at check-in
