applicable) Casa al Fiume is a typical rural building, initially used as a
barn for the use of the main and adjacent farmhouse, whose origins date
back to the early nineteenth century. The recent renovation, carried out by
the current owners according to the dictates of local tradition and
respecting the landscape and environmental characteristics, has produced a
welcoming refuge for lovers of nature in its purest and simplest
essence. The farmhouse, passed a few meters from the main road, is
surrounded by greenery, in an enchanted atmosphere against the backdrop of
a natural and extraordinary setting, embellished by thick wooded
vegetation, naturally bordered by the Ciuffenna river that surrounds the
property all around. In this evocative and reserved setting, guests can
spend a comfortable stay in full harmony with the surrounding landscape,
wrapped in an atmosphere of quiet but enlivened by the sweet sounds of
nature. At the same time, Casa al Fiume represents an excellent starting
point to quickly reach the main cities of Tuscany, such as Siena, Florence
and Arezzo, to admire their majestic artistic and cultural
heritage. Finally, with daily excursions, it is possible to visit the
beautiful surrounding towns such as Gaiole or Radda along the Chianti road,
or Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, San Gimignano and others: all to make
this experience unique, complete and therefore unforgettable. . The Emma

the travel documentation. Interior: The farmhouse is spread over two
floors. The entrance on the ground floor leads, through a French window,
directly to the living area where the living room, with sofa bed and
satellite TV, and the kitchen with dining area are concentrated in a single
spacious room. A double bedroom and a bathroom with tub and shower hood
complete the composition of the top. Finally, a wooden staircase from the
living room leads to the double bedroom, located on the upper floor. Air
conditioning only in the bedrooms. Park: The property covers an area of
about 4000 square meters, largely composed of wood and arable land. The
garden, around the farmhouse, is characterized by a vast lawn dotted with a
varied assortment of fragrant plants and olive, hazelnut, oak and succulent
fruit trees. Outside the kitchen, a pergola, surrounded by scented climbing
wisteria plants, is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining,
immersed in an atmosphere that inspires peace and tranquility. A brick
barbecue, located a few meters from the house, is available to guests for
tasty barbecues with friends. Finally, for those who want to immerse
themselves in the fresh waters of the Ciuffenna river or even dabbling in
fishing, or simply admiring the beautiful spectacle that nature generously
offers in this corner of paradise, just walk a few meters through the
walnut grove that borders the property, just beyond the swimming pool. NB:
It should be noted that the photo shoots are usually made in spring,
therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be
different at the time of your entry into the villa. Pool: The pool area is
located on a lower level than the farmhouse from which it is about 20 m
away and can be reached via a paved ramp that starts from the pergola in
front. The dimensions are 12 x 6 m with a variable depth from a minimum of
1.40 m to a maximum of 2.80 m. The tank is lined with PVC and is equipped
with a ladder for accessing the water. The purification plant is
chlorine-based and is equipped with internal lighting. A welcoming
sunbathing area, partly covered in terracotta and partly with lawn and
surrounded by plant bushes, is furnished with sun loungers and deck
chairs. In one corner, a gazebo with armchairs and a table allows you to
spend pleasant moments of relaxation in the shade, in the company of the
sweet sounds of nature, such as the chirping of birds and the slow flow of
water in the nearby river. Pets: Yes, small and medium size. Acceptance of
animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon
communication of the number of animals, size and breed. We remind you that
at check-in you will have to pay the tourist city tax, where applicable.
