home part of an old Tuscan farmhouse that offers 4 apartments in total. The
Casale is an ancient and characteristic Maremma architecture, unique of its
kind due to its location directly on the beach, which is particularly
quiet. Immersed in a large shaded outdoor area, which leads directly to the
free Giannella beach, it is divided into 4 apartments, two on each floor.
Giannella Holiday Apartment is located on the first floor of the cottage,
without elevator, and can accommodate 4 people plus 2 extra in sofa bed.
The house is located outside the built-up area, therefore it is necessary
to use a car to get around. - Outdoor: Giannella Holiday Apartment has a
private outdoor space equipped with gazebo, table and chairs and shares a
large shaded garden with the other 3 apartments of the cottage, with a
reserved parking area, from which you can directly access the free
