The cottage is a characteristic Maremma building with ancient charm, a few
meters from the Orbetello lagoon and the Giannella beach (about 250
meters), surrounded by greenery in a quiet area. All lodgings in the
cottage have an independent entrance and a pleasant view of the lagoon and
the Argentario promontory. As the farmhouse is outside the town centre, it

bedrooms for a total of 6 beds plus 2 extra in sofa bed and a private
outdoor area for exclusive use EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE ENVIRONMENTS for the
