privacy. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room connected
with a fully equipped kitchen and one family bathroom. An inner staircase
leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms (one with double
bed, one with twin beds and one with a double and a single bed) and one
family bathroom with a bath. Outside is beautiful private tended gardens,
sheltered patio with dining area, BBQ facilities and a private swimming
pool with sunbeds and fantastic mountain and sunset views. There is also
private off-road parking. Living Room The living room has a ornamental
fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi.
There are patio doors to the pool terrace. Kitchen The kitchen features a
toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave,
refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Children under 14 years old are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon

where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security

clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded
minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
