Lo Smeraldo, just 3 km from the town of Capoliveri, in the Bay of Fontanella, and about 8 km from Porto Azzurro, consists of studio apartments within a structure located on a hill of Mediterranean scrub that descends to the sea with a breathtaking view. It is easy to reach the pretty villages of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro with all kinds of services, shops, boutiques and characteristic restaurants, where you can breathe in the unmistakable atmosphere of the Island of Elba. It is about 500 m from Naregno, with a predominantly sandy beach that extends into a long inlet dominated on the right by the striking star-shaped structure of Forte Focardo, built in the mid 1600s by the Viceroy of Naples.
