Nice complex comprising 4 apartments (one is not rentable) situated on the hills near Marsiliana, a small town in the region of Maremma, approx. 14 km away from the Tuscan coastline. This property offers well-tended outside areas, a large lawn surrounding the house and a pool to be shared among the 3 units and the 4th apartment that is occasionally occupied.The Uccellina Natural Preserve and the Tuscan coastline (Talamone, Albinia, Porto Ercole, Capalbio ecc...) are in easy reach.
