DINNER ON THE BRIDGE – June 7
The “Dinner on Ponte di Mezzo”, organized by the ConfRistoranti group of Confcommercio Provincia di Pisa, is one of the highlights of the Pisan summer season.
A unique and atmospheric event that combines the authentic flavors and gastronomic excellence of the local tradition with the extraordinary setting of Ponte di Mezzo and the elegant riverside scenery of the Pisan Lungarni.
Created from the vision of a group of local restaurateurs, Dinner on Ponte di Mezzo is a charming culinary celebration taking place in a truly one-of-a-kind location, in the heart of the historic center of Pisa.
An unforgettable dining experience where the undisputed stars are the traditional dishes of Pisan cuisine, presented this year through a refined and delicious land-inspired menu.
The menu has been carefully prepared by the chefs of:

* Osteria L’Artilafo
* Osteria Sottosella – Country Club Boccadarno
* Ristorante La Pergoletta
* Osteria In Domo
* Ristorante Poldino
* Ristorante Ambra Nera
* and the Associazione Cuochi Pisani
The Evening Menu:
Starter: The crispy tartlet with finocchiona mousse and extra virgin olive oil white bread crumble
First course: The golden casket with pecorino fondue and crispy pancetta, Pisanello cherry tomato velouté and lightly fried leek
Main course: The herb-crusted pork tenderloin with citrus sauce, crushed Tuscan extra virgin olive oil potatoes and lemon
Dessert: The frozen ricotta pisana truffle with honey and rosemary fragrance, served with passito wine
During the evening, guests will also enjoy a tasting of selected wines presented by the Consorzio Vini DOC Terre di Pisa.
Entrance to the dinner will begin at 8:00 PM.
